Fleeing gang violence and Police corruption, a renowned Medical Doctor is forced to cross illegally into the United States. In order to obtain legal status for his family he joins the United State Army as a lowely Medic since the USA does not recognize his Medical degree. Stationed in Afghanistan Dr. Robert Sovia finds himself embroiled in a Special Forces mission to save a Warlord’s daughter from an appendicitis in order to rescue six kidnapped aid workers.
